Veganuary at Bank Studio
Veganuary has become a big part of the foodie calendar in the UK with more than 250,000 people officially taking part in 2019 – and plenty more trying out a vegan diet for the first time. More people have been taking up the challenge to cut meat and animal products out of their diets at the start of 2020, and Greggs has launched a vegan steak bake to celebrate too. We love working with The Vegetarian Society alongside superstar food stylist and home economist Jill Weatherburn in the studio - and the chance to work on some shots for their Veganuary recipes was fantastic.
Over a couple of days, we shot 15 new recipes for the Society's website and social media channels – cooking, styling and shooting everything from a Broccoli and Chickpea Bhaji Burger to a Grilled Tofu Reuben Sandwich on Rye Sourdough.
Working with such a wide variety of recipes, and seeing how creative the team from The Vegetarian Society had been in coming up with the dishes, inspired us so much we've been trying them at home too.
