As we all see in the New Year and worry about high energy bills UMPH / Belling approached us and asked if we'd like to work on a low energy cookbook. We jumped at the chance to be given the opportunity to make a difference to people in these uncertain times we are all living in.

Winter 2023
NGI commissioned us to take on the amazing project. KG Photography's journey through the North East of England reveals a region of diverse and captivating beauty. From the rugged coastlines, serene landscapes, historic landmarks and eclectic cities and towns. Each photograph captures the essence and charm of this enchanting part of the country.



Jan 2020
2020 marks 25 years since Kev and I finished studying photography at Newcastle College. Within a few weeks of finishing college, we jumped on a train at Central Station and headed off to London. We spent three and a half years in the capital together, which were fantastic. We worked with the likes of Phil Wilkins, June Buck and Top Gear magazine and did loads of exciting things like getting our first food job for Hello magazine, working with chef James Martin for the first time and meeting Robbie Williams! We headed back to the North East in time for the start of the new Millennium with loads of experience, all of which we're still using today - though the scenery has changed a bit and we're a little bit older (one of us has aged better though!) We've had great fun looking back through some old pictures of those adventures and remembering all the people with met all those years ago. Take a look through some of them and see if you can spot a celeb or two in there.
